Anstey Horne’s Birmingham office celebrates its 5th birthday this month yet it only seems like yesterday that we took our first steps in this exciting and transformed city.
Since opening our Birmingham office we have been privileged to advise on scheme such as Fabrick Square, The Residences, and BLOC Grand Central. With surveyors based as far north as Sheffield, the Birmingham office has also worked on schemes further afield, such as the Dakota Hotel in Manchester, Mersea Reach in Liverpool and Pottery Lane in Newcastle.
We have continued our commitment to the development of Birmingham by creating a fully interactive and dimensionally accurate 3D model of the city centre. The model captures the whole area within the inner ring road in high detail. We have taken the model one step further by adding consented and proposed developments within the city, to create the Birmingham 3D Future City. This valuable resource allows us to rapidly assess any proposed development for rights of light or daylight and sunlight impacts on neighbouring buildings.
