New Manchester Office
We have continued the expansion of our surveyor network around the UK with the opening of a new office in Manchester.
Our Manchester Surveyors are based in offices in the heart of the city. Overlooking St Peter’s Square and the Central Library they provide specialist advice in the city and across the North West.
With surveyors as far north as Sheffield, Norwich in the east, Brighton in the south and Plymouth in the west we have a network of surveyors all around the UK.
The new office will help us to continue to support new & existing projects in Manchester and across the North of the UK.

Our Chartered Building Surveyors in the Manchester office offer the full range of Anstey Horne’s service.
The specialist surveying services we provide include Party Wall Surveying, Rights of Light, Daylight & Sunlight, Boundary Disputes, Neighbourly Matters, Building Consultancy and RICS Homebuyer Surveys.
We also provide Fire Consultancy Services. This includes Fire Risk Assessments (FRA), Fire Risk Appraisal of External Walls (FRAEW) and EWS1 Surveys.
