Fire Risk Assessor (Tier 2/Tier 3)
Located in London, Birmingham or Manchester (Office based with regular UK-wide travel)
Strong technical knowledge, high quality report writing and a professional client facing manner are essential. Competitive salary and benefits are offered, along with ongoing professional development.
This role suits an experienced Fire Risk Assessor at Tier 2 or Tier 3 level who is confident working independently on site, producing clear written reports and dealing directly with clients and duty holders. You will help clients understand and manage fire risk in line with current legislation and best practice.
Ideal Candidate will have 5 years' experience in fire safety consultancy, compliance, or risk management. Excellent communication and technical writing skills. Working towards becoming a Tier 3 assessor with the IFSM or already on the IFE assessors register. NEBOSH Fire or Health & Safety qualification. Member of IOSH or the Institution of Fire Engineers (IFE) or the Institute of Fire Safety Managers (IFSM). Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites when required

Senior Building Surveyor - Bristol
