We are providing CDM Advisor and Principal Designer service to support the planning submission for the new Ashton Gate Sports & Convention Centre development in Bristol.

Plans for the £100m masterplan drawn up by KKA Architects include a new Sports Venue & Convention Centre which will serve as the new home for the Bristol Flyers Basketball Team. The Convention Centre will have a 4,000 seat capacity and will incorporate a 750 space car park and 200 room 4-Star hotel with a link bridge to the new stadium.

The masterplan also includes the creation of hundreds of new homes on nearby land with good transport access to the Metrobus M2 route and terminus.
