Lord Hood Pub

Party Wall Lord Hood

We provided advice on all Party Wall and neighbourly matters for the redevlopment of the Lord Hood pub.

Planning permission was granted for this mixed use redevelopment to demolish the former Lord Hood pub and construct a part 4 and part 5 storey building in 2017.

Construction involved the excavation and support for a basement and extending the building to the rear to create eight new two bedroom apartments and a new pub to replace the existing in this sought after area just 200 yards from Greenwich market and the Cutty Sark.

Plans for the redevelopment were drawn up by AAVA Architects for a private client. We served Party Wall notices for demolition in 2018 and the redevelopment was completed in 2021.
