Anstey Horne Charity

Our Charities

Every year as part of our commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) our team choose a couple of different charities that we support and fundraise for.

We weren't able to provide much in the way of support during the pandemic, so we are delighted to be able to resume our charity work this year.

We have chosen to support the following charities for 2022 :

Hospice UK

Hospice UK makes a huge impact in supporting hospice care across the United Kingdom every year, from raising awareness, fundraising, through to providing specialist clinical knowledge, grants, and expertise.

They are campaigning to get people talking about this difficult subject and tackle inequality in access to hospice and other forms of end-of-life care, believing that everyone has the right to high quality care and support at the end of life.

The chances are we all know someone who has been cared for by a local hospice. It could be a colleague, a friend or someone in your family. Sadly, more than 100,000 people die every year without the end of life care they need.

To help us with our support for Hospice UK, please see our JustGiving page.

The Brain Tumour Charity

The Brain Tumour Charity are experts in their field and the largest dedicated funder of research into brain tumours.

Committed to saving and improving lives, they are the only charity to focus on not one, but three key areas – research, campaigning and support – so that they can have the biggest impact for everyone affected by a brain tumour in the shortest time possible.

The Brain Tumour Charity is dedicated to finding new treatments, offering the highest level of support and driving urgent change and they have an ambitious 5 Year Strategy which sets out how they plan to go further, faster to achieve just that.
