Fabrick Square, Birmingham B12
We provided rights of light advice for the proposed Fabrick Square development in Birmingham’s creative quarter.
The proposed scheme will provide 313 apartments centred around a new square in Digbeth. There will be a mix of loft living in the refurbished Cotton Lofts and quality new build homes in the remaining three buildings of Cotton House, The Drapery and Drapery House. Named after its original use as a curtain factory, Fabrick Square represents a major development for Digbeth and reflects the creativity the area is known for.
The site is within easy walking distance of the Bullring shopping centre and the planned HS2 Train Terminal. A new Metro station across the road will link residents to the city’s leisure and business districts of Broad Street and Colmore Row.
