Colindale Gardens

Rights to Light Colindale Gardens

We provided advice on all aspect of Rights of Light for the proposed Colindale Gardens redevelopment in NW9.

The redevelopment of the former Peel Centre Metropolitan Police training college in Hendon will see the creation of more than 2,900 new homes, planned for completion over the next ten years.

The proposed scheme will contain a mix of one, two & three bedroom apartments. All of the apartments will have access to private outdoor space, such as a balcony, terrace or podium garden.

These new homes are located just 22 minutes by train to King's Cross St Pancras, and less than half an hour to Central London on the Northern line. Colindale Underground station on the Northern Line is just a five minute walk away. The apartments are conveniently placed just a stone’s throw away from the 4 acre park, and the development includes a residents only gym and concierge, as well as being a short walk to Colindale Tube Station.

A planned health centre and new primary school will also provide essential community facilities on residents’ doorsteps.
