This complex external redecoration and repair project was undertaken to fulfil the obligations of the landlord to their superior landlord.

In addition the works were to comply with the service charge obligations of the sub-leaseholders. The property required extensive external redecoration, replacement of a slate roof and window repairs.  

We provided a detailed schedule of window repairs to allow individual leaseholders to be served with appropriate repair notices ensuring compliance with their lease obligations.  This provided the leaseholders the opportunity to carry out their repairs or opt for the work to be carried out alongside the landlords works. 

Services: We undertook an extensive review of lease documents and provided advice on the landlords repairing obligations to both the superior landlord and the sub-tenants.  

We prepared specifications that considered various lease obligations, separate window specification schedules, provided principal designer services together with full contract administration services.
