Our client had agreed lease terms for occupation of newly refurbished office space at this landmark building in central London but was given a deadline of three days to complete the lease, after which the landlord would offer the demise to an alternative party.

We were able to inspect all the supporting documentation, including asbestos management plans, O+M manuals, and planned maintenance schedules prepared by the landlord’s project team within this timescale, and report back to within this timescale. Our work enabled the client to secure the demise and enter into the lease on favourable terms.
