Our client had agreed lease terms for occupation of newly refurbished office space at this landmark building in central London. The client was given a deadline of three days to complete the lease, after which the landlord would offer the demise to an alternative party.
Our Building Consultancy team were able to inspect all the supporting documentation, and report back within this timescale. This included asbestos management plans, O+M manuals, and planned maintenance schedules prepared by the landlord’s project team .
Our work enabled the client to secure the demise and enter into the lease on favourable terms.
