A development that involved an extensive refurbishment and an extension at the rear and to the roof. The old, external escape stair to the rear was removed, freeing up unused flat roofs to create a series of cascading south-facing roof terraces, accessed by each floor. The completed refurbishment will see timber floors, exposed brickwork, ad well lit offices with new kitchenettes and bespoke meeting rooms.
Work was undertaken adjacent to Soho Estates’ development of the Iona Building in Charing Cross road.
