We provided Party Wall advice at Warwick Road for this new residential development. The proposed scheme is due to provide 180 apartments of mixed sizes and 80 affordable housing units on a site formerly occupied by the Territorial Army.
The apartments are arranged in three mansion blocks which sit above two levels of basement surrounded by landscaped amenity space. There is a fitness centre with swimming pool and 230 parking spaces provided on the site.
