Maggie’s Cancer Care Centre, London EC1
This site is adjacent to the large courtyard of St Bartholomew’s Hospital, the oldest hospital in London founded in Smithfield in the 12th Century.
The new Maggie’s Cancer Care Centre building replaces a 1960s brick structure building, and is adjacent to the 17th century building holding the Great Hall and the famous Hogarth staircase.
We advised on all aspects of party wall and neighbourly matters.
