The site was previously occupied by a warehouse, and with associated land extended to approximately 0.35 acres. Planning permission was granted to redevelop the site to provide 9 residential units over 10,000 sqft and office space of 3500 sq ft.
The proposal included four 3 bedroom homes, five 2 bedroom apartments and four B1 office units. With the site neighbouring Network Rail’s land, permission to carry out the work was required in advance, with ongoing liaison necessary to avoid any issues to the railway. We also liaised with the other neighbours surrounding the site.
