Bristol Bears Rugby Training Facility
We acted as independent CDM Advisor and Principal Designer for the new Bristol Bears Rugby Training Facility.
The new two-storey building will include new coaching, administration and player facilities. The development will provide a new state of the art gym with adjacent medical, strength and conditioning facilities, as well as an indoor training dome with 3G pitch. The new building will benefit from a 270 degree vista over two new training pitches. The coach and executive offices will also incorporate a viewing balcony over the main pitch which doubles as a viewing deck for match analysis.
The £11 million project also involved extensive external work to the site entrance, surfacing repairs to the approach road, car parking, retaining walls. Access/link bridges and landscaping and drainage.
