Beaufort Park is one of the largest residential developments in the UK. The mixed-use scheme designed by Broadway Malyan for St George will provide 2,800 new homes, bars, restaurants and retail space.
Beaufort Park is a mixed-use development by award winning developer St George Plc. The development is set in a beautifully landscaped environment combining space, parkland and tree-lined boulevards providing the perfect mix for modern city living.
Regeneration has totally transformed the former RAF Hendon site into a prominent residential landmark with a smart new address offering managed car parking, 24hr estate management, residents only gym, swimming pool and spa.
The Spa consists of a tranquil 12m swimming pool, sauna, steam room and fully equipped gymnasium. The opportunity to book personal trainers to help residents achieve their fitness goal will be available alongside beauty therapists in the private treatment rooms to pamper and take away the stresses of a hard day.
