This project is on a sensitive site overlooking the river Thames and lies just to the east of the Grade I listed Somerset House. The site also lies within strategic views of St Paul’s, including views seen from Westminster Bridge.

The project involves the demolition of the existing building, including work to extensive basements. The new development will be 14 storeys high, and include 147 residential units, and a 113 room hotel.
