This terraced Grade II listed building was constructed in the mid to late 18th century. It was being used as office across all four storeys, with additional space in a basement and dormered mansard.

We advised on the refurbishment of the building to provide a single residential dwelling. The work involved the underpinning of the party walls and an extension to the rear.
