Harley Street

Party Wall Harley Street

We provided advice on all Party Wall and neighbourly matters for this redevelopment in Harley Street.

This terraced Grade II listed building in a conservation area was constructed in the mid to late 18th century. It was being used as office across all four storeys, with additional space in a basement and a dormered mansard.

We advised on the refurbishment of the building to provide a single residential dwelling in this prime location in the West End. The work involved the underpinning of the party walls and an extension to the rear, with detailed consulation required with the local authority's conservation officer and the neighbouring owners of listed buildings.
