Harrow Road Scheme Consented
Planning consent has been unanimously granted for this mixed-use scheme in Central London for Westminster City Council.
Anstey Horne provided daylight and sunlight advice on the proposals for the development of 112 new homes at 300 Harrow Road.
The development consists of three new buildings of up to 16 storeys. Alongside the new homes, the mixed use development will provide over 1,400 sqm of community facilities including a new community hall, nursery and a canal side café. Once complete the development will further improve the surrounding green space, giving residents easy access to Regents Canal.
The scheme will be amongst the first to be delivered by Westminster Builds, the council owned company set up to deliver their regeneration and development programme.
