Promotion to Director
We are delighted to announce the promotion of Thomas Mead-Herbert to the position of Director in our Building Consultancy team.
Thomas joined Anstey Horne in July 2021, having gained extensive experience in all aspects of commercial building surveying as a Senior Surveyor at Cushman & Wakefield.
Thomas quickly settled into the business and has proved invaluable assisting with the growth and diversification of the building consultancy team, earning his well deserved promotion to Director.
Over the last year Thomas has worked on numerous prominent sites across the UK, advising such clients as the Grosvenor Estate, Galliard Homes, Greystar and Scape Student Living. He has developed extensive specialist expertise advising on a wide range of projects from external wall assessments (EWS1) to project management of large scale new developments and complex cladding remediation projects
