Fabrick Square

Rights to light Fabrick Square Birmingham

We provided rights of light advice for the proposed Fabrick Square development in Birmingham's creative quarter.

Fabrick Square is a major residential development in Birmingham's creative quarter. When complete it will provide the first ever new square in this emerging residential zoned area of Digbeth.

Named after its original use as a curtain factory, Fabrick Square represents a major development for Digbeth and reflects the creativity the area is known for.

The proposed scheme will provide 313 apartments centred around a new square in Digbeth. There will be a mix of loft living in the refurbished Cotton Lofts and quality new build homes in the remaining three buildings of Cotton House, The Drapery and Drapery House.

The site is within easy walking distance of the Bullring shopping centre and the planned HS2 Train Terminal. A new Metro station across the road will link residents to the city's leisure and business districts of Broad Street and Colmore Row.

The development was fully completed in 2017.
