We provided rights of light advice for this major residential development in Birmingham’s creative quarter.

The scheme will provide 313 apartments centred around a new square in Digbeth. There will be a mix of loft living in refurbished former manufacturing space and three new build elements.

The site is within easy walking distance of the Bullring shopping centre and the planned HS2 Train Terminal. A new Metro station across the road will link residents to the city’s leisure and business districts of Broad Street and Colmore Row.
