Research and Development
With a dedicated team driving our research and development programme, our technical capabilities continue to evolve. We are fully equipped to remain at the forefront of our industry, assessing our client’s schemes with cutting edge software to provide impressive and intuitive visual output.
Our software capabilities are continuously developed within the Anstey Horne Masterplan model. Our Virtual Reality software, developed in house, helps our clients to build their understanding on the Right of Light and daylight & sunlight implications through the use of interactive modelling. This virtual environment provides valuable insight into how we use our technical capabilities to assist our client’s in developing their schemes.
This footage of our Masterplan demonstrates the visual output we provide for our clients.
Pre-defined views can be noted on the right hand side of the footage, For the rights of light analysis, we are able to visually communicate those properties and buildings that present the most risk to the development site. If the client so desires, we can take them into the problematic room to view contour so they can see for themselves. For the daylight and sunlight tests recommended by the BRE guide, the colour-coded windows and rooms help our clients to understand the neighbouring windows with transgressions of the guide.
Our process of visually leading client’s through any potential challenges presented by their schemes is very effective. Issues can be immediately understood which allows for discussions to quickly progress to identifying solutions.
