Anstey Horne have expanded their specialist rights of light team with the appointment of Dan Wade as a Senior Director.
Dan joins from Trident Building Consultancy, where he established and headed their service as a rights of light Director. He brings more than 22 years of experience with him, having started his career at Delva Patman Redler. Dan has represented a multitude of residential & commercial developers as well as advising adjoining owners on rights to light infringements.
Throughout his professional career Dan has gained invaluable experience on both the technical and surveying aspects of rights to light. He has successfully advised on some of the UK’s most challenging developments including Great Portland Estate’s proposal for New Bond Street Station East (Crossrail) Over Station Development, Land Securities redevelopment of New Street Square in New Fetter Lane, Minerva’s development of The Walbrook in Cannon Street and the Heron Tower, Bishopsgate to name just a few.
