New Party Wall Appointment
Anstey Horne have continued to expand their specialist party wall team with the appointment of Samuel Thompson as an Associate Director.
Sam joins from The Hopps Partnership where he was also a Party Wall Associate Director. Sam started his career at Ward Williams Associates as a trainee Building Surveyor. He worked his way up to Senior Surveyor before moving to The Hopps Partnership.
Throughout his professional career Sam has gained invaluable experience serving hundreds of party wall notices and Awards. He has resolved Party Wall disputes ranging from minor domestic extensions to large basement works, as well as commercial developments across the country.
Sam is also undertaking a PhD with the University of Strathclyde. His studies will provide valuable research into the effectiveness of utilising surveyors in various Alternative Dispute Resolution techniques.
